Northside Cottage is available for week-long lets throughout 2012.  Lets run from Friday to Friday.  Weekend lets (Friday to Monday) or midweek (Monday to Friday) may be available out of season - please check for availability and prices.  These are the only rental periods that we do, and we can't break these up or change the changeover day.  sorry, we can only do week long lets during school and summer holidays.

The price per week is between £360 low season to £500 high season.

Long weekend breaks (three nights) - Friday 4.00pm to Monday 10.00 am (October to April) £190

Midweek breaks (four nights) - Monday 4.00pm to Friday 10.00am (October to April) £180

Included in the price is pretty much everything you’ll need: bedding, towels, all power; hot water; washing machine; a children’s travel cot; BROADBAND, WiFi, TV, video, DVD, stereo and CD player.  There is car parking – unlike most cottages in the village.  There are quality duvets and pillows provided for each of the beds, with high quality Egyptian cotton bedding.

Linen for up to four people is included in the cost.  For five/six occupants there is an additional £10/20 added to the overall cost for additional bedding. The additional guests will be provided with a sofa bed. 

We think the cottage works best for one couple or a family with up to four children.  It probably works less well for two couples.  Check out the bedroom configuration on the previous page or speak to us if you are unsure.

If you want are interested in making a booking or would like further information, then email  and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.  Please give a contact number and the dates you are interested in.  Once we receive your booking, we will send a booking form and will hold the booking for five days until payment is received.  If payment is not received within this period we will re-let the cottage.
